The Care Kit for New Leather with Leather Cleaner and Leather Sealer is the right choice for new, silk matt, surface coloured smooth leather. It is the suitable care kit for leather equipment in vehicles, for leather furniture incl. long life leathers and other leather upholstery.
If the leather is dirty, it should be cleaned before care. This prevents dirt from sticking to the leather during care. The leather cleaning brush helps with heavy soiling in the depths of the grain.
New leather should be treated with a leather sealer within the first 3 years. New leather does not yet require grease-replenishing care, but effective protection against abrasion and wear marks and discolouration from clothing. Especially the driver's seat (entrance bolsters of sports seats and high support cushions) or seating surfaces of light-coloured furniture show signs of wear or staining and discolouration within the first three years. The sealant effectively prevents this.
125 ml leather cleaner in the foam dispenser bottle and 150 ml leather sealer are usually sufficient to treat a complete interior or an entire furniture set several times. The cleaner is only used on dirty areas and care is applied to all surfaces. In case of extreme soiling, a larger amount of cleaner may be needed. This is only necessary in a few cases.
