A detailer or quick detailer is a cleaning and care product for vehicles that is usually applied in the form of a spray. Detailers are intended to refresh the exterior of the vehicle between washes by removing dirt, dust, and fingerprints and giving the paint a shine. They can also be used to remove light water spots or contaminants on the paint without having to wash the entire vehicle.
Detailers are typically easy to apply and do not require water or special tools, making them a convenient option for car owners who want to quickly and easily spruce up their vehicle. However, very soft and long-pile microfiber cloths should be used in any case.
