Diamond Pro Tech’s Diamond Pro 60 is a two part, professionally applied 5 year vehicle coating which provides for a legitimate 60 months of protection. It will also provide extreme hydrophobic qualities which exceeds most other 5 year coatings on the market and its hydrophobics can be boosted at any stage with a further application of the Pro Hydro, which is part of the kit.
With its diamond hard scratch resistance and mirror like gloss finish, Diamond Pro 60 will truly outperform other 5 year coatings on the market.
Diamond Pro 60 is a composite of inorganic polysilazane infused with millions of nanodiamond particles, creating the most extreme scratch resistant coating available on the market. Combined with Pro Hydro, Diamond Pro Tech’s long-lasting hydrophobic topcoat, this package creates an intense mirror-like gloss and irresistible slickness.

Anwendung
Vorbereitung für den Auftrag der Keramikversiegelung
- Fahrzeug gründlich waschen, entfetten und de‑kontaminieren (z. B. mit einem Body Prep‑Entfetter).
- Raumtemperatur: 10 °C bis 30 °C, Luftfeuchtigkeit maximal 70 %. Auftragen in geschlossener, gut belüfteter Umgebung empfohlen
- Kein direktes Sonnenlicht, keine aufgeheizten Oberflächen beim Auftragen
- Neue Applikatoren und frische Mikrofasertücher verwenden - nicht bereits verwendete Pads oder Tücher
🛠 Anwendungsschritte
- Flasche kräftig mindestens 15 Sekunden schütteln
- 14 Tropfen des Produkts auf einen Applikator geben (für 1‑2 Fahrzeugteile)
- In Kreuz‑ bzw. Schraffur‑Bewegungen gleichmäßig auftragen
- Warten bis sich ein milchiger Schleier bzw. Film bildet (ca. 1‑3 Minuten, je nach Umgebung)
- Überschuss mit einem Mikrofasertuch mit geringem Druck abpolieren.
- Nach 1 Stunde eine zweite Schicht auftragen und den Vorgang wiederholen
- Anschließend die Top‑Schicht (in diesem Set: Diamond ProTech PRO HYDRO) auftragen: ebenfalls schütteln (15 Sekunden)
→ 15 Tropfen auf Applikator
→ auftragen (3‑4 Fahrzeugteile)
→ nach 7‑10 Minuten Überschuss abwischen. - Nach Auftragen mindestens 2 Stunden Aushärtung abwarten, bevor das Fahrzeug bewegt wird bzw. Umwelteinflüssen ausgesetzt wird
