ZviZZer Speed Polish System - one-step polish, UFO pads and Black Box

The ZviZZer Speed Polish System combines paint correction, high gloss and polymer protection in one efficient polishing process. Instead of switching between several compounds for different levels of correction, you continue working with the same ZviZZer Speed Polish one-step polish. The selected UFO Thermo Pad primarily determines the cutting performance and finish.

This makes the system suitable for professional detailers, body shops, car dealerships and demanding enthusiasts. Depending on the selected pad, it can be used for pronounced paint defects, common wash marks, swirls or fine finishing work.

Cut, high gloss and protection with one polish

ZviZZer Speed Polish contains a high concentration of homogeneous aluminium oxide abrasives. They provide consistent and controllable cutting performance without an abrupt drop in correction during a normal polishing cycle. Extended polishing can increase correction and gloss at the same time.

The water-based formula is solvent-free, silicone-free and filler-free and is designed for low-dust application. Paint defects are not simply concealed with fillers. Integrated polymers also create a protective layer during polishing. Under suitable conditions, ZviZZer states that this polymer protection may last for up to six months. Actual durability depends on preparation, application, vehicle use, weather exposure and maintenance.

Which ZviZZer UFO Thermo Pad should you choose?

Grey Hard for high cutting performance: The ZviZZer UFO Thermo Pad Grey Hard provides the highest correction level within the system. It is intended for more pronounced paint defects and suitably prepared P1500 sanding marks. Because of its higher cutting performance, the combination should first be tested on a small section.

White Medium for balanced one-step correction: The ZviZZer UFO Thermo Pad White Medium combines effective defect correction with a clear finish. It is the versatile choice for wash marks, swirls, moderate defects and suitably prepared P2000 sanding marks.

Red Soft for high gloss and finishing: The ZviZZer UFO Thermo Pad Red Soft provides the mildest cutting action of the three system pads. It is suitable for sensitive paint, fine defects, gloss-focused detailing and prepared P3000 sanding marks or finer.

The open-cell, thermo-stable foam supports heat dissipation and even polish distribution. An integrated PU layer reduces polish penetration into the hook-and-loop area, stabilises pressure distribution and supports smoother machine operation.

Compatible with different polishing machines

ZviZZer Speed Polish can be used with rotary, free-spinning dual-action and forced-rotation polishers. Paint hardness, pad, machine type, orbit, speed, pressure and polishing time all influence the result. Always create a test spot before polishing the entire vehicle.

Start with the mildest combination capable of achieving the required result. The red pad may be sufficient on sensitive or soft paint. The white pad is often a suitable starting point for common wash marks, while the grey pad is intended for situations requiring greater correction.

Individual Speed Polish or complete Black Box?

Speed Polish is available in 250 ml and 750 ml sizes. The smaller size is suitable for trying the system, polishing individual panels or completing occasional vehicles. The 750 ml size is designed for regular detailing and professional use.

The ZviZZer Speed Polish Black Box Edition provides a complete introduction to the system. It contains 750 ml Speed Polish and 1 piece each of the Grey Hard, White Medium and Red Soft UFO Thermo Pads in 145 mm. This allows you to select the appropriate pad for the paint condition without changing the polish.

Preparing the paint for a ceramic coating

The integrated polymer protection is useful when no additional sealant will be applied after polishing. If a ceramic, graphene or other long-term coating will follow, this protective film must be completely removed first.

Carefully degrease the paint with ZviZZer Clean Top or a suitable isopropyl alcohol panel wipe. A clean, residue-free surface provides the correct base for reliable coating adhesion.

How to use ZviZZer Speed Polish

Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the paint before drying the vehicle completely. Work on a cool surface in the shade and mask sensitive plastic areas and sharp edges. Apply a small amount of polish to the selected UFO pad and spread it across a manageable working section.

Polish using controlled, overlapping passes. Clean or replace the pad regularly so paint and polish residue does not reduce cutting performance or finish quality. Remove the remaining polish with a clean microfiber cloth and inspect the result under a suitable paint inspection light.

Deep scratches may extend into the colour coat or primer and cannot always be removed safely. If a defect remains clearly visible after the test spot, check the paint thickness and defect depth before removing more clear coat.
