This category contains two powerful ZviZZer compounds for intensive paint correction. ZviZZer PC 5000 Pre Cut is designed for severe defects and sanding marks from P1500. ZviZZer HC 4000 Heavy Cut corrects heavily scratched or weathered paint and sanding marks from P2000 while producing a higher level of gloss. Both polishes are used when the defect profile requires more cutting performance than a medium cut or finishing polish can provide.
Compound selection by defect profile and correction target
ZviZZer PC 5000 is intended for correction stages where maximum material removal is the priority. Its application range includes deep scratches, severe oxidation, coarse sanding marks and intensive spot repair work. The defined objective of this stage is fast and effective defect reduction. A finer polishing stage will normally follow to fully refine the finish.
ZviZZer HC 4000 provides a more balanced combination of strong cut and clean finishing ability. It is suitable for weathered paint, pronounced scratches and P2000 sanding marks when a comparatively high level of gloss is required during the first correction stage. Compared with PC 5000, it offers less maximum aggression but a stronger balance between correction performance and finish quality.
For subsequent refinement, the ZviZZer fine cut polish category contains MC 3000 and FC 2000. When the entire detail needs to be completed with correction, gloss and protection in one efficient stage, the ZviZZer One Step polish category provides the appropriate systems.
ZviZZer aluminium oxide technology for controlled cutting
The cutting performance of ZviZZer polishes is based on precisely selected aluminium oxide abrasives. PC 5000 uses a mixed aluminium oxide structure for maximum material removal. HC 4000 uses homogeneous aluminium oxide abrasives to combine controlled cutting performance with a higher level of gloss. Together with the colour-coded ZviZZer Thermo Pads, the polishing system can be matched to paint hardness, defect severity and the required finish.
