Anwendungsempfehlung - so holst du das Maximum aus der ZviZZer HC 4000 Heavy Cut Schleifpaste
- Fahrzeug waschen & dekontaminieren
• Entferne Schmutz, Flugrost und Teerrückstände gründlich, damit keine Partikel beim Polieren neue Kratzer verursachen - Passendes Pad wählen
• Verwende ein hartes Heavy Cut Pad (z. B. ZviZZer Heavy Cut Pad rot oder Lammfell) für maximalen Abtrag - Politur dosieren
• Trage einige kleine Punkte HC 4000 auf das Pad auf. Nicht zu viel – lieber nachlegen als das Pad zu überfluten - In Sektionen arbeiten
• Arbeite in Bereichen von ca. 40 × 40 cm. Politur auf niedriger Stufe verteilen, dann auf Arbeitsdrehzahl steigern (Exzenter oder Rotation) - Kreuzgang & gleichmäßiger Druck
• Poliere überlappend im Kreuzgang, bis der Politurfilm dünner und transparenter wird - dann hat die Schleifpaste ihre Arbeit getan - Rückstände abwischen
• Mit einem weichen Mikrofasertuch auspolieren, bis die Oberfläche klar und frei von Politurresten ist - Feinpolitur nicht vergessen
• Für ein perfektes Hochglanz-Finish gehst du im Anschluss mit einer Medium Cut oder Finish-Politur (z. B. ZviZZer MC 3000) über die bearbeitete Fläche
