ZviZZer PC 5000 Pre Cut - Schleifpaste 250 ml is designed for tiefe Kratzer, starke Oxidation und raue Vorschliffe and is positioned as a 250 ml size for test spots, entry-level use and single panels. It helps users choose the correct correction step without unnecessary polishing stages. The water-based formula is free from silicone and fillers, so the result is visible paint correction rather than temporary masking.

The synthetic aluminium oxide abrasive breaks down in a controlled way during polishing. This gives the product its dedicated correction profile while building a clean gloss level. Within the ZviZZer system, the polish is used for maximalen Defektabtrag vor dem Verfeinern and can be adjusted through pad choice, paint hardness and machine type.

Fahrzeug gründlich waschen & dekontaminieren
• Entferne Schmutz, Flugrost und Teer (z. B. per Flugrostentferner und Knete), damit keine Partikel während der Politur neue Kratzer verursachen
Passendes Pad wählen
• Für maximale Schleifleistung verwendest du ein hartes oder mittelhartes ZviZZer-Polierpad, je nach Lackhärte und Defektgrad
Politur dosieren
• Trage ein paar kleine Punkte ZviZZer PC 5000 auf das Pad auf. Weniger ist mehr - lieber nachlegen als das Pad zu übersättigen
Fläche abstecken
• Arbeite in kleinen Sektionen (ca. 40 × 40 cm). Die Maschine auf niedriger Stufe starten, Politur verteilen, dann auf Arbeitsdrehzahl erhöhen
Kreuzstrich-Fahrweise
