Apply the Ceramic Rims Cr0.01 evenly after thoroughly cleaning and drying the wheels. After a short setting time, polish the sealant with a clean microfiber cloth. For optimal results, we recommend a second layer after 24 hours.

Application - Achieving the Perfect Wheel Sealant with Ceramic Rims Cr0.01

1. Thoroughly clean the wheels

Remove brake dust and dirt using a wheel cleaner like Magic Wheel Cleaner. For heavier dirt, we recommend a Detail Wheel Brush.

2. Prepare the surface

Clean the surfaces to be sealed with the Panel Preparation Spray or a Silicon & Wax Remover (diluted 1:4 with distilled water). Then, wipe dry with a Polish & Sealing Towel for optimal adhesion.

3. Avoid contact

Do not touch the surface after preparation. Wear gloves to avoid adhesion issues.

4. Apply the sealant

Use the Application Pen to apply Ceramic Rims Cr0.01 evenly until a thin liquid film appears. Let it flash off briefly, then buff off with a Coating Towel.

5. Drying & Curing

  • Optimal conditions: 15–25°C, 40–50% humidity
  • Weatherproof: after 24 hours
  • First wash: after at least 9 days
  • For double coating: allow 30 minutes drying time between layers

6. Care & Durability

  • Seal the bottle tightly, remove crystals before use.
  • Opened bottle: 6 months shelf life
  • For care: Hand wash, e.g., with Gentle Snow Foam or Green Star (1:10)
  • For aftercare: Hydro Foam Sealant S0.03, Spray Sealant S0.02 or Hand Wax W0.01
