Tornador Mini housing - Z-007

Tornador Mini housing is a replacement part for Z-007, used when servicing a pneumatic cleaning tool for vehicle detailing.

The housing forms the tool body and carries its associated connections and components. During a repair, the matching body can be selected while the remaining mechanism is assessed individually for continued use.

Our guide – overhaul your Z007 with genuine spare parts

  1. Disconnect the compressed-air supply and make sure there is no residual pressure.
  2. Clean the cleaning gun on the outside so no dirt can get inside when you open it.
  3. Carry out disassembly according to the manufacturer’s instructions: note screw positions and order, and use the exploded view if needed.
  4. Remove the damaged housing and check all parts to be reused (e.g., lever/controls, inserts, screws) for wear.
  5. Install the new housing, insert components correctly, and tighten the screws evenly.
  6. Visual inspection: correct fit, no tension, and no pinched lines/hoses/seals.
  7. Start a function test with compressed air at a low setting and check for leaks and smooth operation.
