Tornador ball bearing rotation assembly - Z-020S

Tornador ball bearing rotation assembly is a replacement part for Z-020S, Z-020, used when servicing a pneumatic cleaning tool for vehicle detailing.

The rotation assembly forms the moving impulse unit of the Tornador Black. Its ball bearing assembly generates rotation inside the outlet funnel. Replacing the assembly concerns the rotating system and differs from replacing the inner tube or nozzle.

On the Z-020S, this component is listed at position AK. Use the drawing for that version to identify it; position numbers on other models can differ.

The Black generation matters particularly when selecting this assembly. The rotation set for Z-020 or Z-020S and the spring-equipped assembly for Z-020RS are listed as separate replacements. Do not select a similarly named set solely from its product image. Match the tool designation and the assembly already fitted.

The nozzle surrounds the rotating working section, while the inner tube belongs to the liquid routing. Assess these components separately during servicing. Replacing the rotating assembly does not automatically require a new nozzle and inner tube as well. Select additional parts according to their actual condition and the correct model identification.
