- Lack bei Bedarf vorher mit Schleifpapier der Körnung P2000 (oder feiner) anschleifen
- Alternativ mit CutMax (02463000) bzw. Ultimate Cut (02393000) vorpolieren
- Drehzahlregulierbare Rotationspoliermaschine mit SchaumPad medium (04930000) oder SchaumPad weich (04932410) verwenden
- Pad immer plan auflegen.
- Maschinen können mit mittlerem bis leichtem Druck geführt werden.
- Nie ganz trocken polieren
- Mehrere einzelne Polierschritte mit Zugabe kleiner Mengen an Politur durchführen, anstatt eines langen Polierdurchgangs
- Poliermittelrückstände mit MicrofaserTuch soft touch (04510000) unter leichtem Druck abwischen
- Polierergebnis zwischendurch immer durch Abwischen mit PROFILINE Prepare (02373000) auf einem MF-Tuch soft touch
- Anschließendem Ableuchten mit Hologrammlampe kontrollieren
- Alternativ kann auch mit Exzenter verarbeitet werden, wenn nur gefinished werden soll
- Polierpads regelmäßig säubern und nie verschiedene Poliermittel auf einem Pad verwenden
- Nicht auf heißen Oberflächen anwenden
