ZviZZer Flexi Backing Plate M14 - flexible support for rotary polishers

The ZviZZer Flexi Backing Plate connects your rotary polisher to the polishing pad. Its flexible foam and rubber composite follows different body contours and helps maintain even pad contact with the surface. This flexibility is particularly useful on curved paintwork, where the backing plate needs to accommodate changes in panel shape.

Flexible support and quick pad changes

The hook-and-loop surface makes attaching and changing compatible polishing pads straightforward. This allows you to select a pad and polish combination suited to the paint condition and the result you want to achieve. The backing plate provides the flexible connection between your machine and pad.

Three diameters for different working areas

Choose from 75 mm, 125 mm and 150 mm attachment diameters. Smaller backing plate and pad combinations suit narrow working areas, while larger combinations cover broad panels. Your choice should match the polisher's specifications and the pad's attachment surface. A polishing pad's overall diameter may differ from its attachment diameter.

The M14 female thread is intended for rotary polishers with a matching spindle. Before purchasing, check your machine's spindle thread and permitted backing plate size.
