🧩 ZviZZer Allrounder Pad – Additional PU Foam Makes the Difference

The superior ZviZZer Allrounder Pad combines two different foams. Between the hook-and-loop backing and the thermo foam lies a thin black PU foam layer. This intermediate layer is impermeable to all polishes. The unique material mix offers multiple advantages:

Better Handling of Compounds: Smoother and more consistent machine behavior on the polishing surface
Protects Your Tools: No polish absorption reaching the hook-and-loop backing of the backing plate

🔧 Air-Permeable Polishing Foam for Lower Polishing Temperatures

The thermo foam block material is processed before becoming a polishing pad, including thermal gassing and vacuuming, which literally blows out the cell membranes. This process, called reticulation, increases the foam’s air permeability and ensures optimal temperature control. Lower temperatures improve polishing results and increase process reliability.

The open-cell structure improves pad cooling and allows the polishing compound to penetrate the foam. Lower polishing temperatures enable a faster, swirl-free finish.
