ZviZZer Frisbee Wool Pad - powerful cutting pad for severe defects

The ZviZZer Frisbee Wool Pad is a high-performance polishing pad designed for intensive correction work on large surfaces. Its 200 mm working diameter covers broad areas efficiently, while the hook-and-loop backing measures 160 mm. The pad has an overall thickness of 30 mm.

The polishing surface is manufactured from 100% natural Merino wool. Its short, approximately 8 mm wool fibres provide strong cutting performance when combined with a suitable heavy-cut compound. This makes the pad an excellent choice for removing pronounced scratches, oxidation, sanding marks and other severe surface defects.

Designed for rotary polishing machines

The wool pad is intended for use with a rotary polishing machine and forms part of the ZviZZer Marine Line. Its large working surface is particularly suitable for paintwork and gelcoat on boats and other vehicles with extensive panels. A thermostable foam interface between the wool and the backing supports consistent pressure distribution and helps the pad retain its stability during polishing.

How to use the ZviZZer Frisbee Wool Pad

Centre the pad securely on a suitable backing plate and apply a small amount of compound to the wool surface. Begin at a low speed to distribute the compound before working with controlled, overlapping passes. Inspect the surface regularly and clean accumulated polish residue from the fibres during use. Depending on the surface and desired result, follow the cutting stage with a finer foam pad and finishing polish.
