The APS low-vibration Ø 75 mm hook-and-loop backing plate is a practical upgrade for users who want to operate their Flex PXE80 cordless mini polisher with more control, smoother handling and improved comfort. It is designed as a professional replacement for the original Flex plastic backing plate and is suitable for precise polishing work with Ø 75 mm polishing pads.

The combination of a PU coating and aluminium core supports smooth running and helps distribute pressure evenly during polishing. This is especially useful during longer polishing sessions, on delicate paintwork and around contoured vehicle areas. Compared with the original Ø 75 mm Flex backing plate, the APS FP75 can noticeably reduce vibrations and make polishing more comfortable.

The conical shape improves visibility of the working area and makes it easier to guide the machine along edges, curves and tighter sections. The Ø 73 mm hook-and-loop surface provides secure pad attachment for compatible polishing pads. Important: this backing plate is suitable for random orbital mode only on the Flex PXE80.
