🧩 ZviZZer Allround Pad – Extra PU Foam Makes the Difference

The premium ZviZZer Allround Pad combines two different types of foam. Between the Velcro backing and the thermo foam lies a thin layer of black PU foam. This interlayer is impermeable to all types of polish. The unique material combination offers several advantages:

🔧 Breathable Polishing Foam for Lower Polishing Temperatures

The thermo foam block is thermally treated and vacuum-processed before being made into a polishing pad. This process, called reticulation, blasts open the cell membranes, making the foam highly breathable for optimal temperature control. Lower temperatures during polishing improve results and process reliability.

The open-cell structure enhances cooling and allows polish to be absorbed into the foam. A lower polishing temperature enables faster, streak-free results.
