The FLEX orbital sander features a brushless motor and an E-Signal switch, enabling easy and secure operation with a quick-stop function. The sanding speed can be electronically adjusted to suit the material being worked on. It is highly suitable for sanding spackled surfaces on car parts during repair work and for leveling the substrate to avoid unevenness before applying filler and using an orbital sander.

The device offers a 4-stage speed preselection, speed consistency thanks to a tachometer generator, a soft start, and a restart lock. The hook-and-loop sanding pad has an angled pad geometry and a multi-hole system to ensure optimal dust extraction, making it compatible with commonly available abrasives.

This lightweight and compact single-hand orbital sander is ergonomically designed and low in vibrations due to special balancing, facilitating fatigue-free and joint-friendly operation. The ergonomically designed, handy handle cap features a soft-grip insert for a secure grip and smooth guidance. Effective dust extraction is achieved through the integrated self-suction with a filter cartridge for dust-free work.

Furthermore, there is the option to connect an external dust extraction system with a 27 mm diameter using an antistatic suction hose SH 27x3.5m AS.
