- Thoroughly clean the plastic or rubber parts you want to treat
- Use a suitable cleaner such as Plast PT / Car PT CLEAR special cleaner & degreaser
- The surface must be free of dirt, dust, grease, and silicone
- Protect your skin with disposable gloves
- Shake the Plast PT plastic dye well
- Apply the dye using the included sponge
- Spread any excess material immediately to prevent streaks
- Then let the surface dry for at least 24 hours – ideally in a dry, dust-free environment
- A second coat is possible, but in most cases not necessary
- Apply a sealant to protect the surface
💡 Tip for a perfect result:
- Best processed at 15–25 °C
- Do not apply at temperatures below +7 °C or in direct sunlight
- Applying too thick a coat will not achieve the desired result
