The new ProfiPolish polishing pads are made of reticulated premium foam and are entirely manufactured in Germany.
Reticulated foams are thermally treated and vacuum-sealed before further processing, literally blasting away the cell membranes. As a result, the foam gains increased air permeability, enabling improved temperature control. With lower polishing temperatures, achieving a streak-free finish becomes significantly faster.
The medium-hard, blackberry foam is used as a fine sanding pad for defect corrections and has a slightly higher abrasive effect compared to the yellow foam. Its hardness level falls between the yellow and orange ProfiPolish pads. The Soft Cut pad is perfectly tailored for fine sanding compounds and one-step polishes. The DA pad, with its central hole, is specifically designed for use with an eccentric polishing machine but can also be easily employed as a rotary pad.
